This Refund Policy clearly stipulates the refund conditions, processing cycle, operating procedures, and relevant specifications for all orders on our website, aiming to standardize after-sales refund services, protect the legitimate shopping rights and interests of global customers, and ensure that all refund applications are processed fairly, transparently, and efficiently. This policy applies to all eligible product orders purchased on this website, covering all global regional customers.
We provide a unified 60-day return and refund window for all products sold on the platform. The return and refund period is calculated from the date when the customer successfully receives the ordered goods. Customers who have shopping dissatisfaction, product inadaptability, or legitimate quality-related problems can initiate return and refund applications through official website channels within 60 days after receipt. Any refund application exceeding the 60-day valid period will not be accepted and processed without special legal provisions.
To ensure the validity of refund applications, all returned products must meet unified return conditions. The returned goods must be kept in unused, unwashed, and undamaged original state, with complete original packaging, tags, accessories, and product attachments. Products with artificial damage, wear and tear, stains, modification, missing accessories, or damaged packaging caused by personal use will not be eligible for refund service.
For the refund processing cycle, after we receive the returned products and complete professional inspection and verification by the warehouse quality inspection team to confirm that the products meet the return standards, we will officially initiate the refund process. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 consecutive business days, and the refund amount will be fully returned to the customer’s original payment account and payment channel.
All transactions on the website are settled in US Dollars uniformly, so all refund amounts will be calculated and returned in US Dollars according to the actual order payment amount. There is no currency conversion difference processing or additional deduction. The product price, service price, and other fees paid by the customer in the original order will be fully refunded for eligible refund orders.
In terms of logistics fees for returns, our platform provides free worldwide shipping for all original orders, and the original shipping cost borne by the platform will not be deducted from the customer’s refund amount. Customers need to bear the return shipping costs and logistics risks generated during the return transportation process by themselves, unless the return is caused by our platform’s errors such as wrong delivery, missing delivery, or product quality defects.
For partial special orders and products, we have formulated exclusive refund exemption specifications. Products marked as final sale, customized personalized products, and seasonal limited clearance products do not support unconditional return and refund services. For refund applications of such special products, we will conduct independent evaluation and processing according to the actual situation.
If the customer’s refund application is rejected due to non-compliance with return conditions, our customer service team will send a detailed rejection reason and product inspection report to the customer through official channels. Customers can put forward objections and supplementary certification materials within the specified time, and we will conduct secondary review and verification.
We strictly implement standardized refund processing procedures to ensure that every refund application is reviewed fairly and processed efficiently. This refund policy is applicable to all global orders of the platform, and we will not set differential refund standards for customers in different regions.
